Felix Holl is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the DigiHealth Institute, Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences, Germany. His current research focuses on evaluation methods of mHealth applications and digital public health. His previous Felix holds a PhD in Medical Informatics at the University of Munich. He has obtained global health training as a Fulbright scholar at University of California, San Francisco. He works as a consultant for German Red Cross and supports IFRC on the development of RCHIS, the Red Cross and Crescent Information System. His previous experience includes the development and evaluation of IT systems for surveillance of malaria, HIV and TB in southern Africa. His research focuses on the use of informatics in global health and emergencies.
